
Ray
Ray Webber is a retired NFL player turned Health Coach and Master Trainer. The St. Louis, Missouri native played for the NFL’s Tampa bay Bucs, Seattle Seahawks, New York Jets, Green Bay Packers and Miami Dolphins during his 4 seasons in the NFL. Ray also spent time in the CFL, UFL,and AFL.
After his football career, he started More than A Game (MTAG), an athlete development center that trains and mentors young men and women to reach their full potential. Ray attended the University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff where he majored in business marketing. Ray founded MTAG in 2015. Under MTAG Webber has trained over 500 athletes in the CSRA and surrounding cities, youth ages 5 all the way to professional ranks . with NBA and WNBA players, NFL and CFL players, professional fighters, Division 1, 2, and 3 collegiate athletes, Webber’s resume boasts some of the world’s most prominent athletes.
Ray is also a certified Master Trainer having coached over 300 people in weight loss, weight gain, building muscles through personal training, group fitness and even a big fit Camp where MTAG showcases 8 different trainers and host over 100 people per cases. Ray has 3 beautiful daughters and a fluffy Cane Corso named Blue.

Karl
Karl has been a certified personal trainer for 5 years and the owner of KM Fitness. He Specializes in weight loss, weight gain and spot performance. His passion for fitness began through his love of sports. He has the upmost respect for making sure he lives the best life that he possible can. His approach to fitness is to emphasize age-appropriate workout regimens, giving you the strength training combined with balance and flexibility training. he does not believe that working out should be stressful but believes in pushing his clients to where they want to be. He has established a long-term client interaction through providing the knowledge and confidence to meet your daily fitness goals.

Crystal
Crystal “Starr” Flowers is a Lactation Counselor, Certified Childbirth Educator, Children’s Yoga Instructor and Register Yoga Teacher (RTY 200). She served as a NICU lactation Laboratory Clinical at Emory Healthcare System in Atlanta, Ga for three years. Now she currently lives in Wrens, Ga where her focus is on providing yoga and breastfeeding support to unprivileged communities.

Coach Coop
Andre Cooper aka “Coach” Coop is the MTAG Strength and Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer, Speed & Agility and Sport Performance Trainer. Coach Coop comes from Newport News, VA where he has played high school and some collegiate football and now is currently a rugby player for the Augusta Maddogs. Coach Coop is also pursing a bachelor degree in Exercise Science at Concordia University. He has a serious passion for helping athletes reach their full potential in athletics, academics and being a mentor to the young men and women that step into the facility. Coach Coop is a father of two beautiful children which are Alenia and Ashad.

Jeremy
Jeremy began competing in track and field at the age of 14. He was a five-time All-American at Greenbrier and holds numerous records at Greenbrier including long jump, high jump, 4×100 and 4×400 and was an all-state indoor track selection as well as the state runner-up in the 100-meter dash in 2013. He also competed in football where he earned all-state honors and was named the all-region all- purpose player of the year with nominations for the state Senior Bowl and Dream 16. He went on to run and compete for The University of Alabama.
